Return & Refund Policy

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • A full refund (excluding shipping costs) will be issued to your original payment method within 7 days.
  • No restocking fees apply.

Conditions for Returns & Refunds

  • Change of mind: Accepted within 30 days if item is unused and in original packaging.
  • Defective goods: Contact us immediately with photos. We’ll offer a replacement or refund.
  • Damaged goods: Report damage with photos within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Incorrect item received: Inform us right away. We’ll ship the correct item at no extra cost.
  • Item not received: Contact us to start an investigation. If confirmed lost, we’ll issue a full refund or replacement.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before shipping by emailing info@fereps.com.
  • If your order has already shipped, please follow the return process after delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email clear photos of the item and packaging to info@fereps.com. We’ll resolve the issue quickly with a replacement or refund.
