Below is the average delivery time for all our packages:

If your order is placed before 5:00 PM (GMT+1) Greenwich Mean Time (GMT+1), it will be processed the same day:

  • Processing time: 1-2 business days (Mon-Fri)
  • Transit time: 8-11 business days (Mon-Fri)
  • Delivery Time: 9-13 business days (Mon-Fri)

Once your order is placed, you can easily see when your package is expected to be delivered after processing. You will receive a personal track & trace code via email, which allows you to track your order through our order tracking page

Always Free Delivery

We cover the shipping costs. All orders are shipped FREE to your address. There is no minimum order amount.

Lost Package?

If a package is lost or cannot be delivered for logistical reasons, contact us and we will always send a new package.

Non-Home Delivery or Postal Delivery

When a package is delivered to your door or to a post office, fereps covers the delivery costs. If the package is not accepted or not picked up from the post office, it will be automatically returned to the supplier, and we are entitled to deduct GBP £20 from the total amount.

Why Isn’t My Tracking Working?

In some cases, the shipping company may need 1-2 business days to update the location of packages. We kindly ask for your understanding and patience in such cases.

Our business operates through a trusted third-party logistics (3PL) fulfillment model. We don’t maintain a physical storefront or directly manage inventory. Instead, all products are securely stored in a professional 3PL warehouse facility, which oversees stock management on our behalf.

Once a customer places an order, our 3PL partner handles the entire process—picking, packing, and shipping the products directly to the customer. This streamlined model enables us to stay focused on sales, marketing, and customer support, while our logistics partner ensures fast, reliable, and efficient fulfillment.
