If a package is lost, we will resend it at no cost.

If a package is not accepted or not collected from the post office, a £20 deduction may apply upon return.

All orders are fulfilled through a professional third-party logistics (3PL) warehouse for secure and efficient delivery.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, customers are entitled to a free return and full refund, repair, or replacement for faulty, mis-described, or damaged goods.

If an order is lost or not received, customers are entitled to a full refund or replacement.

How to Start a Return:

Email info@fereps.com with your order number and reason for return.

We will provide instructions and a pre-authorized return address.

Pack the item securely and return it via a reliable courier.

Refunds:

After inspection, a full refund (excluding shipping costs) will be issued to the original payment method within 7 days.

No restocking fees apply.

Exchanges:

Contact info@fereps.com within 30 days if you wish to exchange for a different size, colour, or product.

Conditions:

Change of mind: Accepted within 30 days if unused and in original condition.

Defective goods: Contact us with photos for a replacement or refund.

Damaged goods: Report with photos within 48 hours of delivery.

Incorrect item received: Notify us and we’ll send the correct item at no extra cost.

Item not received: Contact us; if confirmed lost, a full refund or replacement will be provided.

If already shipped, the return process applies.
