Orders placed before 5:00 PM (GMT+1) are processed the same day.
Processing time: 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri)
Transit time: 8–11 business days (Mon–Fri)
Estimated delivery: 9–13 business days total
Shipping is always free with no minimum order required.
Orders are shipped via trusted couriers such as Royal Mail.
You will receive a track & trace code via email once your order is processed.
If a package is lost, we will resend it at no cost.
If a package is not accepted or not collected from the post office, a £20 deduction may apply upon return.
Tracking updates may take 1–2 business days to appear.
All orders are fulfilled through a professional third-party logistics (3PL) warehouse for secure and efficient delivery.

Exchanges:
Contact info@fereps.com within 30 days if you wish to exchange for a different size, colour, or product.
Conditions:
Change of mind: Accepted within 30 days if unused and in original condition.
Defective goods: Contact us with photos for a replacement or refund.
Damaged goods: Report with photos within 48 hours of delivery.
Incorrect item received: Notify us and we’ll send the correct item at no extra cost.
Item not received: Contact us; if confirmed lost, a full refund or replacement will be provided.
